THERAPEUTIC REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Therapeutic Remedial massage is ideal for minor injuries, or muscle and joint pain resulting from sports or everyday life. This deep-tissue massage (with the possibility of hot stones) can be used for general relaxation of the muscles, or be directed to specific areas for relief of pain or discomfort. A range of techniques is used to help improve recovery including trigger-point therapy, and stretching techniques.

Specific conditions that can be relieved:

  • Frozen shoulder
  • Cramp
  • Back pain
  • Strained muscles
  • Repetitive strain injury
  • Migraines

How it works?

At your first treatment you will have a 15-minute, free consultation to enable me to decide on your specialised course of treatment. During your massage the body will be covered. Only those parts of the body being worked on will be exposed. Your privacy will be protected at all times. Subsequent treatments will take into account the response to previous treatments.

You are advised to notify or consult your doctor before receiving any treatment if there are doubts about your current health.

TESTIMONIAL

Before my treatment my muscles were knotted and tense, reducing my mobility. After a couple of treatments I was amazed to find that I had no pain, and increased flexibility.

Laraba has regularly and successfully helped me to alleviate my upper-back pain caused from sitting in front of a computer screen at work, as well as giving me posture tips to prevent it happening.
